Use rubbing alcohol to wash your hands with after epoxying your wing. It will 
cut the epoxy okay but it's better to use the 93% isopropyl from WalMart. 
Rubbing alcohol is only 70% isopropyl alcohol and the balance water. Acetone 
or MEK are other materials you can use, but these stink more

Whatever you decide to cut the epoxy with, give it a longer period to finish 
curing, and don't use too much, say 10% should do it.
