Membership is NOT required. Our only wish is that all traffic be confined to
the discussion of our wonderful hobby.

In my opinion messages sent by NSRCA members are sent directly to the list.
Messages from other senders are scanned and probably only to avoid spam.
Nothing wrong with that. I have concluded this because I have received
automated messages stating that the message will be forwarded to the list
after checking by moderators if the messages still has value to mailing list
receivers. That makes a couple of days delay and wipes out the motivation to
write anything.
If I am wrong this will come straight trough, tough.
