  Subject: Kevin McCoy?

I need some help. Does anyone know if Kevin McCoy is still producing
carbon fiber landing gear? I contracted with him for two single-piece
carbon fiber landing gear for the Advantage (one for me and one for Greg
Grigsby). On February 8th, he wrote in an e-mail:

  "Kevin M wrote:

"I have both pcs. laid-up as soon as I get them trimed
I will send them to you. I will E-mail you at that
time to tell you that they are coming."

Now I can't get him to respond to e-mails regarding the status of
delivery of the gears. I haven't paid for the gear and am waiting to be
told that they are complete and ready for shipment so I can send a check.

The two-piece Advantage gears are difficult to keep attached properly to
the fuselage because the attach points for the mounting bolts are only
1" apart. I really want a one-piece gear, so I hope they are ready for
shipment. Please don't suggest alternative sources unless they can
produce a one-piece custom gear which goes around, rather than straight
  across, the pipe tunnel.

Does anyone know Kevin and what he's doing regarding producing carbon
fiber gear? Please respond privately so the Discussion List isn't
further cluttered with this subject. Thanks.
