stab tube weights?

 The weight savings would be minimal I sure, as Bryan Hebert told me at the 
Nat's last year the strength is what you really gain, I had a midair this to 
attest to that little damage and couldn't even tell any real flight changes 
but had 2 pretty good places out of the wing, the trainer that hit was in a 
buzillion pieces.
