MK elevator misalignment (part 2)

Tony, was your stab already sheeted when you installed the servos? Do you
have pictures that you can share to give the rest of us ideas on how to go
about it (other than the method that PLProd uses).

What I'm contemplating is what's the best method of installing them given
that my stab is already complete, but not covered or painted.

I'm thinking it would be easiest to cut into the bottom of the stab and
route out an area for the servo box rather than try and enter from the stab
root. I could also install a very small false rib to add support to the
servo box so it doesn't twist or move. I could then open an entry in the
stab root as PLProd does. To cover the hole routed in the bottom of the stab
I could glue in a 1/8" piece of balsa over the servo box and sand it round
to conform to the air foil.

Thoughts anyone?

Keith
