Set up pea'cup truck

As a person that bought an Expedition as a plane hauler, I am in no 
position to advise.  But I'll do it anyway: everyone I've met that didn't 
have a cap was not happy in the long term (hauling through rain, in wind, 
etc.).

I recently got a ford ranger with a 7 foot bed as my plane hauler. 
Just starting getting the bed setup for the appionted task.  Any ideas 
or suggetions on how to do this?
