I forgot to answer the part about raising the wing - same tendancy regarding elevator/rudder mixing, and, as raising the wing effectively increases dihedral, there will be a change in roll coupling, too. Raising the wing will probably tend to act in the "rolling into knide edge" direction. I say "probably" because the roll coupling might not be caused by dihedral, but if it is, this is what you will observe.
