Another Webra 1.45 AAR Data Point

I really don't think it is the fuel. The low-end needle is sensitive to
small adjustments. You might need to backout the pump screw 1 more turn and
try again.

Probably too much oil in the fuel. The webra like 16-18% oil; no
more. Most four stroke fuel is 20% oil.
