Partner wing tube marks

Anybody out there with a Smaragd or Partner kit that remembers the location
of the wing tube and incidence marks?  The marks on my Partner are high on
the right side (or low on the left) by about 3/32 inch.  Just curious -- is
that the typical trend for the PL kits?
