A good Pattern Plane

I've looked at the kit - Very Nice.
Light, straight, stiff.  Cowl, pants,
and belly pan are painted fiberglas.
The elevator halves are joined by a wire
torque rod- I'd consider modifying that to
provide a push rod to each elevator.
