Where to get Judging Video tape?

I would also like to get one of the tapes.
I sent a check to a past member of my district in Denver, over a year ago and never did receive the tape.

  I am not cerfied for judging.  Didn't have a chance to do it.
  The quality of the old video is very poor and is raining.

  Was there a new one published?
