Being new to this game, I was sure to treat the judges with great respect at my 1st contest. I always greeted them by saying, "Be prepared to bail out at a moments notice". When I call the box (if I call it) it's really a warning to the judges...<VBG>...

  Now that is funny! Tom and I could both put in a complete flight and neither of us would even touch the box. To us 45 and 60 degrees are weather forecasts. The safest place to be when we're flying is in the box. I use the term "entering the box" very loosely. Good thing I don't have to call eveytime I exit the box or I would be horse by Saturday evening.
