It is interesting to read that both rules are similar in concept.  My opinion is that the chances to show a definitive "break" are a lot less when you use the snap switch only.  

I am flying Advance and the 45 degree with snap presents a lot better when I try to show the break.  For me break is high speed stall before any other input.  Is this a possible definition of "break".
