This is good.... I learned on thing. On the humpty bump option I would 1/4 roll to a pull over the top and then 1/4 roll down which is correct. However, you can go either way, push or pull to determine wether to go in or out with the manuever. Thus it doesnt matter which way you quarter roll. The humpty bump over the top with half roll on the upline, the push or pull is determined by how you entered it, inverted or upright. Allright... a new way(right way) to pratice it.

Wouldn't matter, you could do either and either would be a zero, the description says that if you half roll it must be in the up line, only roll allowed in the down line is 1/4 roll.
