You probably right on the oil content.  Last night I realized that instructions calls for 15% Nitro and I think 15-16% Oil.  I am using 18% oil (heli fuel) ant this could be a problem.  I will try less oil content.  Also, I will check on the pipe lengh.  I think the problem could be a combination of both.  Clearly with high oil content, I have to run very rich the high end and the low end can not compensate for that.    

Just take time a patient to learn to tweak new engines.
