Cutting Ailerons - Preferences

I mark the cutouts on top and bottom, and then use an exacto blade with a
straight edge. I am careful to angle the exacto blade so that it leaves
extra foam on the cut. Then I clean up the cutout and the aileron with a
long sanding bar to produce a flat, square surface.

Subject: Cutting Ailerons - Preferences

Just curious how everyone cuts their ailerons out and
preferences.

Bandsaw vs. mark and cut both sides with razor saw.

Thanks,
