All three have 25mm (length) x 58mm (width) center to center on mounting
holes.
Distance from face of drive washer to the front mounting holes
 YS 140 63mm
 OS 65mm
 3M 64.5 mm

mounting hole spacing (both width and distance apart) are the SAME for the:

      YS 1.40L
      Mintor 1.40
