Dimension Help, Please

Bob,
Having swapped to a YS 140 from a OS 140. They will use the same mounting holes. The problem was there was a slight difference in the thrust washer location when I made the swap.
Its been a few months since I made the change, so I do not remember which was longer or shorter. It was about 3/32" difference in spinner spacing from the fuse.
I had been told they would interchange exactly, and the case is they will ""nearly"" interchange. The Nose rings are different diameters, the nose ring must be moved back a bit for one or the other "YS orOS" . and you need a shim behind your mount to make the fuse/spinner spacing acceptable when going from one to the other. If you do not mind the increased spacing, its not a problem, it just looks like you did not know how to mount a firewall/mount/engine combo. It will look to the casual observer that you got it close, but not perfect.
