I think it is still a proposal before the FAI.  Its basically a Scale 
Aerobatics TOC style class with a 250cc engine limit and I believe a 20kg weight 
limit, also a 2.6m wingspan minimum for monoplanes.  Must be modeled after a real 
airplane.  The French made the proposal several months ago.  I'll find the 
link to the pdf file for you guys.
