For Sale...Atlanta stuff

Atlanta....well My first impressions were that the flying was limited...and
the fields are not the best for practice....Well I have been checking out
new flying fields...and meeting new people...Both at hobby shops, the NATS
and the internet. Well I can say this...there is a bunch of activity here.
Much of it seems to be sport flying and even some bigger Scale Aerobatic
stuff.....but there seems to be a core of Pattern fliers and they are very
friendly and helpful.
In fact I have been so busy that its tough to meet up with all of them and
go flying at the different fields. Seems that there are quite of a few
modeling venues that are with a 50 mile radius...This seems pretty common
within 50miles for the big cities...Denver, San Jose, and now Atlanta.....
We will be here for sure until October and maybe longer....Give me an email
and I'll be happy to go flying....There are lots of guys on the flying buddy
list....There are even some really good hobby shops around as well....Hodges
Hobby--a little long on the drive
but well worth the trip. And Winder Hobby is about 45 mins from my
apartment. Both have a good stock of the little stuff. And you can get what
you need....Both shop owners are great to talk with and super helpful.
Let me know
