Fuel Question... Why the metal cans?

A night or two back the PBS TV Show "Nightly Business Report" advised that even an inquery can trigger a rate increase!

  Whatever you do don't call your homeowners to ask. I suspect that many would say we store to much. Those of us that store two cases or more. Just a hunch.?.

    A local hobby shop owner told me he was limited by the local fire marshal in
