OS 1.40 RX fuel leak

I need some help here guys . 
I have an OS 1.40 RX  that began leaking fuel at the point where the needle 
valve holder is screwed into the backplate . Has any-one ever had this problem 
and how did you solve it ?
There is no gasket or o-ring , so it has to seal with machine fit . Any help 
would be appreciated .
