Yep.  I went to a local carpet company and asked for a donation of 
remnants.  I took the donated pieces home, marked circles on the back 
(using an awl, a piece of string and a Magic Marker) and cut them out 
with the biggest scissors I could find.

It is Ivan's airplane in the picture.
