pattern kits

OK, no excuse for your buddies not to build a pattern plane. I've got a NIB R/C Summit III for $175 and a NIB Dr Jekyl II Deluxe kit for $375 (this is sheeted with leading and trailing edges, surfaces cut out and capped, wheel wells and wing tube). Can't get into a real pattern plane much cheaper than this. I'd take an offer on either one (or both).
