That is how I do it, I just wanted the starting point in case I decided to put fillets on the fuse. Thanks, Terry

    Terry
    That's a start, however you will adjust the incidence dynamically depending if the plane pulls to the canopy or pushes to the belly on a verticle, power- off down-line. Right?

    Sounds great. Thanks again for the info.

      Terry,

      I plan to be there. I still have my trusty Elan from last year that I will be flying for a while until I get my Partner completed. I will see you there.

        Using my own equation, TLAR, I believe you got it right. And you have the idea of my question correct. Will you be at Pheonix next month? I plan on attending. Thanks, Terry

          Terry,

          I did not exactly follow where you want to measure, but I believe that the answer is raise the leading edge 0.0916 inches above wing center line, which is about 3/32.

          Math:
          tan (angle) = opp/adj
          opp = adj * tan(angle)
          opp = 7 * tan (3/4) = 0.0916

            For all you mathematical intellectuals, I dont have an incidence meter that I feel too good about, so here is my question: I have a datum line drawn on the side of a fuse, a line parallel to the datum through the wing tube, and the distance from the center of the wing tube to the leading edge is 7". The plans call for 3/4 degree positive incidence. What is the measurement from the parallel line (to datum) to the center line of the root?
