      I did not exactly follow where you want to measure, but I believe that the answer is raise the leading edge 0.0916 inches above wing center line, which is about 3/32.

      Math: 
      tan (angle) = opp/adj
      opp = adj * tan(angle) 
      opp = 7 * tan (3/4) = 0.0916

        For all you mathematical intellectuals, I dont have an incidence meter that I feel too good about, so here is my question: I have a datum line drawn on the side of a fuse, a line parallel to the datum through the wing tube, and the distance from the center of the wing tube to the leading edge is 7". The plans call for 3/4 degree positive incidence. What is the measurement from the parallel line (to datum) to the center line of the root?
