Off the subject - pine wood derby

Joe, my son & I put the weight behind and over the rear axle, with just a 
little weight in front of or above the front axle to keep the front wheels 
from bouncing off the track.  We did this by drilling holes at the back of 
the car forward, and then pouring melted lead into them.  We won with this 
combination.  Oh yeah, the "car" was just a wedge, very thin in front and not 
much thicker in the back.
