Thanks for the link.  I get it now!!  Here's the scoop:
You have several options.
1. get the plastic ones from any cheapo plastic spinner.  They come 4 in a 
pack.  One will fit or be able to be press fit.  I've done this several 
times
2. grind out the one you have.  Since the OD fits, you have little choice 
in the matter.  The ID/OD relationship is fixed.
3. Make a plastic one.  See my article in RC Report from May 1999 or call 
me.
