Promote K-Factor

 I downloaded the January K-Factor the other day, I'm still dial-up and it 
didn't take that long. I would like to suggest that we setup a place where 
anyone can download some issues of the K-Factor to draw interest this was an 
exceptional issue. To all that contributed thank you and great job.
