Correct Part number for OS 140RX rear bearing needed (non EFI)

If the seal has to be removed, why the EFI rear bearing has the seal?
Also, what kind of seal is that? Plastic or metal?
If the bearing is 100% sealed with plastic, I understand the removal of the
seal for lubrication, but if they are metal seal or shield that do not seal
100%, I think it is better to leave them since the bearing will be lubbed.
Am I right?

I bought my bearings from Boca Bearing as a set, you have to REMOVE the
seals when you get them the only seal that you don't remove is on the front
bearing on the thrust washer side, the cheapest bearing is the all you need
part #ENK-010.
