Filter Failure

I guess they call it the "Final Filter" because that is the last one you'll
ever buy!!  <VBG>

Are these filters the blue plastic ones??  I've had every one of them come
apart after a while, also.  Luckily, my filter is next to the engine so the
mess dumped on the ground.
