Malibu

    We use to live near Tulsa/Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Bill's Malibu was a popular plane for the area.  I had one for a number of years.  The plans were very basic but all the information needed to build his fiberglass and foam kit were present.  Everytime I see a picture in Model Aviation or elsewhere with wings of Red, Gold and Black span wise, I wonder if they were influenced by Bill's personal layout?
    What ever happened to Bill?  Is he still flying?
