I just checked the site and the free version is listed on the right side of the home page in blue letters as "Pop-up Stopper free version." Click on that and it takes you to the download page.

Looks as if the free version isn't available. A visit to the web page showed a $30 price tag.

I've been using this program for about a year and it works well for stopping pop-ups. The free version (if still available) works fine. It is also easy to turn on and off. This is necessary as pages on some web sites are pop-ups.
