Ah cmon, Eric. Don't tease us like that! What's the fin-post angle mod?

To add to what Lee said. There is a choice of wing tube positions. One for 2-c's and one for 4-c's. Translated that means if you have a heavy engine, such as a DZ, OS 1.60 etc. use the forward position. If you have lighter engine, Webra, OS 1.40 or Mintors use the rearward position.
My stab TE is 3/4" forward of TE of the fin to allow for an internal horn etc. I am familiar with, and have flown, both wing tube positions and various stab fore and aft positions. All fly very well and you can't see or feel any difference. As was said before, the incidence on the stab is very, and much more, important.
There is a fin-post angle mod that takes out any belly-pull KE mix that you might want to implement.
Regards,
Eric.

Standard practice is to the butt the stab trailing edge to the front edge of the fin post. As is evidenced by artistic aerobatic configurations, where the stab is moved significantly forward, this is not a particularly critical dimension.

Subject: TEMPTATION---NEED INFO
Hi All,
I'am aligning a temptation for a friend. I need to know the distance from the wing tube centerline to the stab front (L.E.) There is no measurement on the drawings. Does the stab trailing edge sit against the fin post? or does the fin post get cut out for the stab? Kinda hard to tell from the drawings. Thanks in advance for any help.
Scott
