Fin sections or lack thereof

I had a flat-plate stab on my Fresca and it flew like my Focus. Maybe I'm just
not accomplished enough to tell the difference. My new design will also have a
flat-plate stab and virtually flat fin as well.
My Javelin also has a flat-plate stab and is a pure joy to fly, better than
anything else in it's class, IMHO.
With some of the sections now in vogue, we're getting close to flat-plate, and
yes John, the thinner they get it does seem to be more difficult to keep the
buggars warp free.
