PL Partner flight characteristics

Ed, what I understand is done the prop is heated near
the hub until the plastic is more plastic, then the
blade is twisted to add or remove pitch and allowed to
cool. A prather pitch gage or similar is used to match
sides.

I observed a guy in Bartlesville OK  twisting and
checking props all the time in the early to mid 90's.
He would twist em....then send them off to APC if they
worked good and they would copy for production. He
also was narrowing the blades. This was the ys1.20
days.
