Website for ZN Hydeaway

Set the wing on the ZN Hydeaway at zero to the canopy frame....This is the
zero reference.

I set the wing on mine zero to this reference then dialed it positive a
little bit like 0.25deg. Stab is zero to the canopy frame reference.

Another thing if you have not installed the wing...Raise it in the fuse
1/2". This will eliminate almost all of the roll coupling on knife edge. I
flew my model with the wing raised 3/8" and it still had a little bit...like
4% for adverse roll. I know of a couple different models with it raised up
1/2" and the mix is almost all gone. And I mean knife edge loop rudder input
and nearly no roll.

Also the CG needs to be a little more forward than the planes...the plans
say 200mm I flew mine at about 185-190mm empty and with a full tank (my tank
was in front of the CG) It was around 180mm from the LE. 20oz tank

Basically I stuck the tank butted up against the front edge of the tube.

I'm not one of those guys that says the tank has to be on the CG in order
for the plane to fly well....
Mine came in at 9.75 with a CF wing tube and stab tube. CF pipe and
lightweight header. Stuck the heavier Hatori pipe and a longer teflon on it
and it ended up 10lbs with a a light battery pack and stuff.

Good flying model.
