Alan,

To be honest, I'm stealing ideas from here and there (mostly Jason's setup
in his Rhapsody) for mounting. I put a 2nd ring in the nose of the
aircraft aligned with the rear of the motor to support it. I didn't want
all the weight supported at the nose. This ring is about 1/2" wide. A 3rd
ring captures the end of the motor itself and attaches to the out ring
with 3 x 1/2" supports spaced 120 degrees apart. This 3rd ring (with legs)
is removable with 3 screws.

I asked Jason about the side/downthrust and spiral slipstream changes in
Las Vegas a couple months ago and he said he didn't feel any change. I
guess we'll just have to see when I fly it :-P
