FUEL COST

The 30% ran $13/gallon this year I think. We (District 4) do a HUGE fuel buy from Powermaster at the Toledo show every spring.  I think as a district we purchased in excess of 800 gallons.  Don't recall but I beleive the 10% was in the $8-9 range.

No doubt that the 4c's like nitro...but I always ran fairly high nitro in my 2c's as well.  Haven't tried any of the big 2c's yet though.

How much do you pay for a gallon of 30% ?
10% Magnum = $10.50 gal.
I kinda like some of the +'s of a 4-c but when you add it all up I could have a spare airplane in the cost difference of the engines and the fuel difference.
That's just me though(tight wad)

  I'm running a DZ with a 17x12 on 30% Powermaster "DZ" fuel (low viscosity oil) and turning 8500rpm and still breaking in.
