Bill, that is exactly how I remember it. I distinctly recall doing the math and comging up with $6000 in batteries alone. I could get two engines for a turbine powered twin F-18 for that kind of money. Obviously with new technology the price should come down in the future, but modelers like me would find the cost to be prohibitive.
