The only way I have found is to heat the bolt.
Now comes the danger! The only way I have found to heat that small of a
screw is with a 12V battery and heavy leads attached to music wire. Have
also used this method to get a throttle cable that was accidently CA'd to
the sleave. This is very dangerous and requires good leather gloves as the
leads, wires and anything else in the loop gets hot within a couple of
seconds.
        If you try this, be   VERY CAREFUL! It is possible to set the whole
thing on fire if left on more than a few seconds. Good luck, Terry
