YS 140L Help (Solved)

For future reference:
 E-clips (aka C-clips) are available from a lot of places because of their
wide usage, don't limit your search to hobby shops.
I have been reusing them for many years, mechanical linkage in computer
equipment makes extensive use of them.
Before the current valve retainers on YS engines, they used e-cips for that
function.

THE CAUSE of broken e-clips (and broken rocker shafts) is too much valve
clearence. That also wears out push rods.

The symptom of a broken rocker shaft is that you cannot turn the engine over
with an electric starter.
