Let's see if I can answer your questions...
1.The DU activator is designed for 8 hour "masking" time, meaning after 8
hours, you can mask it.
2. I usually spray to medium mist coats.
3. I am able to sand primer in 3-4 hours.
4. I answered this in #1. ( 8 hours)
