Rudder Turbulator Strips

He now also builds professionally since he retired from the Army..and for
those that know him... and while at comps,we still need to "switch him off"
at bed time <VBG>

I might add that John Payne is missing most of his right arm. He builds 
his own airplanes.  It's an amazing sight to watch him replace bearings 
in a YS....

Of course, what you really should do is build a thicker rudder. John claimed
