Rudder Turbulator Strips

Hi Wojtek,
Not "turbulator strips" as such, but:
I saw a rudder on an Austrailian 2 meter bird at the
NATS years ago with a very thick trailing edge.
The pilot (I don't recall his name) said it provided
better response at low speed- such as stall turns.
I suppose you could tape a triangle about 1/2" wide,
1/8" thick to each side of rudder to create a
trailing edge about 1/4 to 3/8" thick to try it.
If you do, let us know results.
