Interesting point. We have all seen the feast or famine in our local clubs.
Excited new administration comes in and pumps up the orginazation. Then
burnout, life, wife, kids, etc. get in the way and progress is abrupted. . .
Then new regime in place and so on
Eric has done a lot by adding reduncy to the system and a lot of people have
stepped up to shoulder the load. The question is how to keep it going?
