K-Factor vision of the future.

Several years ago, when I had to do with a regional volunteer organization
of 400 or so, we were struggling with the problem of rapid and cheap
dissemination of information (scheduling, personnel changes, etc.) to the
troops.  We decided to try e-mail as our ONLY tool.  We found that only 3 of
our guys were not on the internet, either through work or at home.  That was
7 or 8 years ago.  I wonder about NSRCA members now.
