Ron:

This is found in section 5.1.8 titled MARKING. If a coupler breaks inflight, the only penalty can be throught the in-flight noise penalty.

    Subject: Noise Rule

    Hi Folks

I was wondering if any one can point me towards the rule that explains the noise downgrade that comes with the scoring programs. I am looking for the rules that if the tune pipe comes of in flight what penalty points do they receive for noise.

    Ron
