Tuned pipe differences 120 4c & 145 Webra 2c

Tim, good to get your email.

No my Swallow90 did not need tail weight with the OS120 SurpassII. I 
had to mount the battery up front to get the CG forward enough.

The Webra needs a lot more volume in the pipe than an OS120 would 
need.  I am not sure how a OS 120 would do with to big a pipe.
