dual receivers.....range

Brian-- I would suspect the two servos are fighting each other, drawing lots
of current, which is causing a voltage drop to the receiver.
or
In the fight, they are creating a lot of noise on the power or signal lines,
which is getting back into the receiver via the antenna.
No expert here though.

Subject: dual receivers.....range
Im setting up a plane w/ dual receivers and my range
check seems very short, about 30 paces or a bit less.
This is w/ a Futaba 8uap, and pcm receivers. It seems
like if i disconnect the elevator servos, which are in
the tail, my range improves.
Its on a bigger plane w/ 10 servos, leads everywhere.
Anyone have any tips on improving the range or anyone
running dual futaba receivers? Do those chokes that
can be put on the servo leads help?
Sorry this is a bit off topic, just curious if anyone
has any experience w/ this setup.
